Piemaker is one of the Uk’s foremost speciality pie shops. Serving a wide variety of original, wholesome savoury meat, vegan, and vegetarian pies, as well as sweet treats and pasties, which are freshly baked throughout the day. Signature pies include our unique peppersteak pie, haggis pie, the ever popular macaroni pie and a brand new steak and haggis pie. We serve 100% fair trade, freshly roasted coffee. Our bakery has been based at 38 South Bridge, Edinburgh for sit-in and takeaway since 1995, and we also provide outside catering. Our website is now open for lunchtime pre-ordering and ordering for events.
